My usage: blogging, image and video editing, podcasting. I don't program any longer and even if I do, it'll probably be putting together shell scripts and some python for text processing. The heaviest usage will be using FFmpeg for some video processing, that my 2015 Macbook Pro handles well enough (for comparison).
