Looking for something that can provide a user interface for most of the following: - Applying variable offsets to numerical time series data (can be constant, linear etc, defined in simple mathematical terms) - Logging these changes and adjustments made to data with comments The data is stored in Postgres, but could be moved or manipulated elsewhere as needed. I've scoured the net but had no luck, I think I'm phrasing my question wrong. Suggestions or pointers in the right direction much appreciated.
